Although July is always a hot and humid month of running, this July was a good one — given the weather. August, so far, has been a lower-mileage month, but a fun one! Stay tuned!
June was my lowest-mileage month of the year so far, but it was also a super successful one when it came to my running. July has been tough so far because of the heat, but there have definitely been some high points. Stay tuned!
Although we’re in the second half of June, I now have some time to recap my May running. Overall, it was a good month.
April was a great month for me as I prepped for the Providence Marathon, which was this past weekend.
After taking a little time off after the Algonquin 50K, March was a time for me to start rebuilding some mileage and speed. It was a good month. On to the rest of April!
